The Sherwin-Williams retail facility in Frederickson was successfully guided from initial concept through construction and occupancy by LSE. Our services began with early-stage feasibility and county compliance coordination, including ALTA surveying, binding site plan development, civil engineering design, sewer connection planning, and comprehensive stormwater management.
Throughout construction, we provided construction staking, pre-construction meeting support, progress monitoring, and certification reporting to ensure the project was completed efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Today, the facility is fully operational and serves as a testament to the value of thorough planning, coordinated engineering, and proactive project management.
