This 29-lot single-family development incorporates the latest methods in low-impact development to minimize maintenance-intensive and costly infrastructure. We have the geotechnical, engineering, and regulatory expertise to achieve the best match of engineering alternatives to site conditions.
This project utilizes a porous roadway with a subsurface storage and infiltration system free of pipes, catch basins, and storm ponds. We designed a common wastewater system that frees each lot of the complexity and space associated with on-lot sewage systems. The common systems double as a passive park within the subdivision.
