L’Arche Tacoma Hope Welcome Center
A unique Low impact commercial site that was constructed with permeable pavement and bioretention facilities.
LSE had the privilege to help make the Welcome Center a reality. Although the site conditions were sensitive, we developed a comprehensive design for the site to utilize permeable paving and a high-treatment on-site wastewater system, both to match the capability of the site conditions. All of our skills in geotechnical, civil, soil analysis, and construction oversight were necessary to complete this project successfully.
LSE was honored to join and oversee this worthy and benevolent project to help serve and elevate people with intellectual disabilities. LSE used every skill at our disposal to overcome a tough set of site conditions and achieve both project approval and successful site function to serve for many years to come.
